Order Cancellation & Refund

For a fresh order that have not been confirmed for production, state the order number as stated on our quote to you, and email us before 48hours you have placed the order through or contact page.
Order (s) confirmed for production, or on production state or delivered, may not be accepted for cancellation but could be discussed with our sales. Please contact our sales or check our refund policy for more.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, please allow 3-7 working days for refund bank process back to your credit account.
